Christopher Hunt

Christopher Hunt is a principal and founder of the Cleveland, Ohio office of Cardea Partners with half a decade focused on the evolving derivatives marketplace.  Prior to joining Cardea he was vice president of interest rate and energy derivatives at KeyBank in the Great Lakes and Eastern regions, covering middle market, real estate, high net worth, not-for-profit, and institutional clients.  He holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University with concentrations in mathematics and landscape architecture.  He also holds Masters degrees in financial engineering, business administration, and golf course architecture.  Prior to entering the world of finance, Chris practiced as a golf course architect for five years, working on projects across the United States and abroad.  He is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Urban Land Insitute (ULI), Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA), and the Cornell Club of Northeast Ohio.
